Returns and Refund Policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of you order. 

To exercise you right of withdrawal, you must inform us on your decision by initiating a return or cancellation request through your order page before the withdrawal period expires. 

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/66195488862/account and initiate a return or cancellation request from your orders page before the withdrawal period expires. 

Return Process

To start a return a cancellation, log in to your account and visit your Orders page. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order. The withdrawal period extends over weekends and public holidays. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as custom or personalized item, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content that has been accessed.
